What is Blanc Laine?
Blanc Laine is a womenswear brand based in Australia. We offer clean, modern clothing that’s easy to wear and easy to understand.
Do you design or manufacture your own clothing?
No. We don’t design or manufacture garments. We source products from established suppliers and partners who already produce quality clothing.
How do you choose what to sell?
We keep it simple. Each item is selected based on fit, fabric, comfort, and versatility. If something feels overdone, impractical, or complicated, we don’t stock it.
Where do you ship?
Right now, we ship within Australia only.
Is shipping free?
Yes. We offer free shipping on all orders within Australia.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday).
After processing, delivery typically takes 8–12 business days, depending on your location.
What is your order cut-off time?
Orders placed before 12:00 (GMT+08:00) Australian Western Standard Time (Perth) are processed the same day. Orders placed after that are processed the next business day.
We don’t process orders on weekends or public holidays.
Will I get tracking?
Yes. After your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details.
Which carriers do you use?
We use reliable carriers such as Australia Post, StarTrack, CourierPlease, Aramex (Fastway), DHL, and FedEx.
Can I cancel an order?
Yes. You can cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase by contacting us.
If your order has already shipped, you can follow the returns process instead.
What is your returns policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused, in original condition, with tags attached, and in original packaging.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
How do I start a return?
Email us at support@blanclaine.com with your order number and the reason for the return. If photos help (for example, damage), include them.
We’ll reply with return authorisation and the next steps.
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping is covered by the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrect.
If the item is defective or you received the wrong product, we’ll cover return shipping for eligible cases.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Your bank or card provider may take additional time to show the refund.
Do you offer exchanges?
We offer exchanges for incorrect or defective items if you contact us within 30 days of delivery. For eligible exchanges, we cover return shipping.
If you ordered the wrong size, please return the item and place a new order for the correct size.
What items can’t be returned?
Some items can’t be returned, such as custom or personalised products and hygiene products (for example, undergarments), unless unopened and unused.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a resolution and, if eligible, a replacement or full refund.
What if I received the wrong item?
Contact us and we’ll fix it. We’ll cover the return shipping and send the correct item promptly.
What if my package is lost or hasn’t arrived?
If your package doesn’t arrive within the estimated timeframe, contact us so we can start an investigation with the shipping carrier.
How do you handle privacy and data?
We collect personal information only to process orders, manage accounts, and provide support. Payment details are processed securely by third-party payment processors and aren’t stored on our servers.
We don’t sell or rent your personal information.
