Weaving on painting (#3, First collection)

This first collection of weavings on paintings is very special to me since it's a collaboration with my mom. She's an incredible painter and sculptor and working with her has been so fun. I gave her complete freedom for the style and colors and she painted a few canvases for me. Then, I wove and embroidered on top of her paintings following my inspiration based on what she created. 

It was handmade in my home studio in Mont-St-Hilaire, Quebec.

It's one-of-a-kind and ready to go.
