Ready to ship items will be sent within 3-5 business days. Custom orders and made to order items will be produced and mailed according to the current production time mentioned in the product listing or according to the agreement between the seller and customer. In an effort to save paper, I will not automatically send you a packing slip with your order. If you do need one, please be sure to leave a note and I will be happy to provide one.
Shipping fees are specific to each product. Please refer to the item and enter your postal (zip) code for a shipping quote. You’ll have different shipping options depending on your location.
Shipping is free for orders over 200$ (CAD) to Canada and the US. Your order will include a tracking number.

Local pick up
I offer free pick up for most items at my studio in Mont-St-Hilaire. Contact me prior to your purchase at email@example.com if you want to pick up your order in person.
Custom/import fees & taxes
Please note that custom fees, taxes and import fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Delays caused by postal services or customs are also out of my control.
Lost or damage packages
In the case of a lost package, please contact your local post office for assistance. Blanc Laine is not responsible for lost or damaged packages after they have been shipped. You can purchase an insurance prior to your purchase by contacting me at firstname.lastname@example.org
If a package is returned to me because of an incorrect address or lack of claim on the part of the buyer, a refund will not be issued. Buyer will be held responsible to repay shipping costs before the item ships out again.
