Unfortunately, because of the handmade nature of most of my products, I typically don't accept any cancellation, exchanges or returns. Please read carefully the item description prior to your purchase. I do my best to make sure the colors in the photo are accurate to the real thing. That being said, all monitors are different and Blanc Laine is not responsible for this. All digital products (PDF files/guides) are final sales and can't be returned or exchanged for ANY reason since the files are sent automatically after your purchase. Please read item description carefully prior to your purchase.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.
